By accessing or using EloRun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. Cheating, packet sniffing, or attempting to manipulate the global leaderboards is strictly prohibited and will result in a shadowban.

3. Multi-Profile System

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 4-digit PINs. EloRun is not liable for unauthorized access to individual player profiles on a shared device.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and original content are the property of EloRun. Puzzle data is provided via the Lichess Open Puzzle Database and is subject to their licensing terms.

5. Monetization

EloRun is supported by advertisements. Rewarded ads provide in-game benefits such as "Streak Rescues" or "Analysis Board" access.

6. Limitation of Liability

EloRun is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions.
